20 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA classification II-III; (2) Singleton pregnancy, gestational age >= 38 weeks (confirmed by last menstrual period or first-trimester ultrasound); (3) Age 20-40 years old; (4) Voluntarily participate and be able to understand and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant women refuse to participate in the study; (2) Multiple pregnancies, fetal malformations, or placental abnormalities (such as placental abruption); (3) Complicated with severe cardiovascular diseases (such as congenital heart disease, pulmonary hypertension); (4) Emergency cesarean section or those with contraindications to neuraxial anesthesia.
