Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Young and middle-aged lung cancer surgery patients: (1) Married middle-aged and young adult patients aged 18–59; (2) Diagnosed with primary lung cancer and undergoing surgical treatment, with lung cancer diagnosis criteria in accordance with the National Health Commission's "Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Primary Lung Cancer (2018 Edition)"; (3) Able to read and understand Chinese questionnaires and communicate verbally; (4) Willing to participate voluntarily and sign an informed consent form; 2.Spouses of middle-aged and young lung cancer surgery patients: (1) Serve as the primary caregiver for the patient during the first 6 months post-surgery; (2) Meet the legal marriage age requirements: females >=20 years old; males >=22 years old; (3) Possess adequate reading comprehension and verbal communication skills; (4) Voluntarily participate in this study and provide informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Young and middle-aged lung cancer surgery patients: (1) Those who are unaware of their lung cancer diagnosis; (2) Patients with clinical, laboratory, or radiological suspicion of recurrence or metastasis, or who have already experienced metastasis or recurrence; (3) Those who are too physically weak to cooperate with this survey; (4) Those with cognitive impairments, mental illnesses, or a history of psychological treatment; 2.Spouses of middle-aged and young lung cancer surgery patients: (1) Individuals with severe dysfunction of the heart, liver, kidneys, lungs, or other organs, or with malignant tumors; (2) Individuals with a history of mental illness or mental disorders;
