Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Students in grades 4 - 5 of primary school, grades 1 - 2 of junior high school, and grades 1 - 2 of senior high school. 2. They are expected to study at the current school for the next 14 months. 3. They can communicate effectively. 4. They sign the informed consent form and are willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Being in the acute phase of an illness or the acute exacerbation phase of a chronic disease. 2. Having existing cognitive or communication impairments.
