Inclusion criteria: 1.Obtain the Nurse Practitioner License and Register; 2.Onboarding time <= 24 months; 3.Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study;

Exclusion criteria: 1.Nurses who are not on duty during the study period, such as those undergoing further education, business trips, or leave of absence;
