Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. First-time surgical treatment and meeting the lung cancer diagnostic criteria in the "Clinical Practice Guidelines for Lung Cancer of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology (2021 Edition)"; 3. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for "possible sarcopenia" as defined by the Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia (AWGS) in 2019, based on two indicators: calf circumference (men < 34 cm, women < 33 cm) and grip strength (men < 28 kg, women < 18 kg); 4. Expected to stay in hospital for at least 5 days after surgery; 5. Mentally and intellectually normal, with clear consciousness and no communication barriers; 6. Patients and their families voluntarily participate in the study and are proficient in using mobile phones, WeChat, etc. to support follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have received chemotherapy or radiotherapy before the operation; 2. Those who are extremely fatigued, have ataxia, severe anemia or low platelet count; 3. Those who are currently participating in other sports rehabilitation programs.
