Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 80 years, regardless of gender; 2.End-stage chronic kidney disease patients undergoing regular dialysis at the Nephrology Department of Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with complications such as infection, acidosis, electrolyte imbalances, and heart failure effectively controlled; 3.Patients who have undergone forearm radial artery-cephalic vein arteriovenous fistula surgery; 4.Symptoms and signs conforming to the relevant standards of hemodialysis as outlined in the "Expert Consensus on Safe Injection Practices for Hemodialysis"; 5.Patients and their families are informed, agree to cooperate with treatment and follow-up, and sign an informed consent form; 6.The Allen test on the surgical limb indicates good palmar collateral circulation; 7.Preoperative color Doppler ultrasound shows a forearm vein diameter >=1.5mm and an artery diameter >=1.5mm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe comorbidities, such as severe respiratory failure, heart failure, liver failure, disseminated intravascular coagulation, acute cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors, acute coronary syndrome, mental disorders, etc; 2.Patients who switch to other dialysis methods (such as peritoneal dialysis), are transferred to another hospital for treatment, undergo kidney transplantation, or die during the study; 3.Patients with incomplete clinical data; 4.Pregnant or breastfeeding patients.
