Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Basic conditions: Age 8-14 years old, gender not restricted; meet the DSM-5 criteria for Tic Disorder (TD); 2. Severity of symptoms: The tic symptoms have persisted for >= 1 year; Yale Tic Severity Scale (YGTSS) score >= 20 points (moderate to severe); 3. Informed consent: The child and the legal guardian sign a written informed consent form; the child voluntarily participates and can cooperate in completing the sandplay therapy and music intervention; 4. Stability: Within the past 1 month, the dosage of drugs related to tic disorder (such as tiapride, aripiprazole) has not been adjusted; the family's residence is stable, ensuring regular participation in intervention and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Comorbidity and health status: Suffering from severe physical diseases (such as epilepsy, congenital heart disease, immune system disorders); Diagnosed with other serious mental disorders (such as schizophrenia, autism spectrum disorder, bipolar disorder); Intellectual disability (IQ < 70) or language development delay (unable to understand the therapist's instructions). 2. Intervention interference factors: Have received systematic sandplay therapy or music therapy within the past 3 months; Show obvious resistance or allergic reactions to tactile stimulation (sandplay) or auditory sensitivity (music). 3. Family and environmental factors: Severe dysfunction of the family (such as parents' divorce, domestic violence), assessed as "functionally inadequate" by the Family Functioning Assessment Scale (FAD); The guardian is unable to ensure the compliance with the intervention (such as frequent business trips, refusal to sign the informed consent form).
