Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. During the period from January 2026 to June 2026, Pseudomonas aeruginosa was isolated from different infection sites of the patients. 2. It was confirmed through drug sensitivity tests to be resistant to imipenem and/or meropenem. 3. For the same patient, only the first strain of CRPA was collected from the same infection site within 30 days. CRPA isolated from different sites or again after more than 30 days can be regarded as a new strain (this needs to be clearly recorded).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Poor quality of the strain (unable to be revived or purified successfully). 2) Non-clinical isolates (such as environmental monitoring strains, unless for specific research purposes). 3) Incomplete information (unable to trace the basic patient information and the source of the specimens).
