Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged 1–18 years; 2.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for dystonia as defined in the 2013 consensus update "Phenomenology and Classification of Dystonia", with acquired etiology (e.g., encephalitis, traumatic brain injury); 3.No prior use of anti-dystonia medications or a washout period of >=3 months since the last dose; 4.Monotherapy for dystonia (single-agent treatment); 5.Informed consent obtained from legal guardians with signed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Genetic or idiopathic dystonia; 2.Comorbid epilepsy; 3.Severe spasticity (modified Ashworth scale >= Grade 2); 4.Contraindications to the study medications; 5.Combination therapy (>=2 anti-dystonia drugs).
