Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Male or female subjects between the ages of 18 and 65 years; 2.Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis defined by Consencus on the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease(2018,Beijing); 3.In the patients with wuxi people's hospital affiliated to nanjing medical university;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals simultaneously suffering from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, other autoimmune diseases, severe infectious diseases, or other gastrointestinal diseases, as well as other severe mental disorders;
