Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants who are fully informed and voluntarily agree to participate in this study, aged 8-70 years. 2. Pathological myopia patients with a refractive error of = 26.0mm, and associated with MTM. 3. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) shows the presence of posterior scleral staphyloma.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe systemic diseases, such as autoimmune diseases or severe cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases. 2. Patients with active ocular inflammatory diseases. 3. Patients with refractive media opacity affecting fundus imaging or poor imaging quality in OCT and OCTA examinations. 4. Patients with ocular tumors or other diseases or surgeries that may affect the shape of the eyeball. 5. Patients with metal implants in the body or claustrophobia who are unable to undergo magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
