Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >= 40 years old, and with a prognosis of stroke; (2) All diagnoses are in accordance with the diagnostic criteria approved by the National Fourth Brain Vascular Academic Conference. Patients with recurrent cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage confirmed by head CT (or) MRI after hospitalization; (3) Clear consciousness, with no communication barriers; (4) Patients who have been at least 1 week since the onset of the disease and are in the rehabilitation period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with refractory systemic diseases such as coronary heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, tumors, and hematological disorders; (2) Severe condition with unclear consciousness; (3) Family members refuse or do not cooperate with the screening; (4) Have a history of mental illness in the past.
