Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.FRAIL scale score >=1; 2.Age >=60 years, capable of independent ambulation, with stable medical condition; 3.Undergoing hemodialysis 3 times per week, 4 hours per session, with upper extremity arteriovenous fistula and dialysis vintage >=3 months; 4.Conscious and possessing the ability to hear, speak, and respond to questions. 5.Having signed the informed consent form and voluntarily committed to long-term participation in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have been admitted to the emergency department due to severe infections within the past three months, as well as those with uncontrolled heart failure and hypertension (pre-dialysis blood pressure of 200/100 mmHg); 2.Individuals with a history of severe cognitive and psychiatric disorders; 3.Patients with lower limb fractures, amputations, or thrombosis that impair limb mobility.
