Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged >= 60 years with at least two comorbid chronic diseases and clinically confirmed concurrent pulmonary infection. 2.patients who were conscious and able to cooperate with nursing interventions and the research investigation. 3.patients or their family members having provided signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe mental illness who are unable to cooperate with care. 2.Patients with terminal illnesses and a life expectancy of less than one month. 3.Patients who have previously received other specific nursing interventions that may influence the outcomes of this study.
