65 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged 65 to 95 years, inclusive.?? ??(2) Scheduled for joint arthroplasty under spinal anesthesia.?? ?(3) Ability to communicate simply with the investigators and complete the assessments of relevant scales.?? ??(4) Patients and their family members have provided informed consent to participate in this research study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients classified as ASA physical status IV or V.?? ??(2) History of pre-existing psychiatric or neurological disorders (e.g., intracranial tumors, Alzheimer's disease, etc.).?? ??(3) History of surgery within the past 12 months.?? ??(4) Long-term use of benzodiazepines or other antipsychotic medications.?? ??(5) Patient or family member declined to participate in the study.?
