18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients at stage 0-IA3 who underwent surgical resection and were included in the AJCC 9th edition staging; (2) The postoperative pathological diagnosis of the patient was clearly: lung adenocarcinoma in situ or minimally invasive adenocarcinoma or invasive adenocarcinoma, and our hospital conducted lung cancer-related driver gene testing. (3) Age: 18 to 80 years old; (4) No history of other malignant tumors or anti-tumor treatments such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the past; (5) Patients who have been followed up and reexamined in our hospital's outpatient department for more than 2 years after the operation;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The pathological diagnosis is a benign lesion. (2) Patients with postoperative pathological stage IB or above; (3) Patients who have not undergone genetic testing; (4) Patients with other malignant tumors, those who have received neoadjuvant therapy, and those with incomplete clinical data.
