Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. Scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I–III; 4. New York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function classification I–II; 5. No contraindications related to the study medication.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiovascular diseases (such as acute heart failure, myocardial infarction, etc.); 2. Patients at high risk of elevated blood pressure or intracranial pressure; 3. Patients with neurological disorders (such as preeclampsia and eclampsia) or a history of severe mental disorders; 4. Patients with a history of liver or kidney dysfunction; 5. Patients allergic to the study medication; 6. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials in the past 3 months.
