35 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 35 - 80 years old, gender not restricted; 2. Before the operation, the heart rhythm was sinus rhythm, and there was no history of atrial fibrillation or atrial arrhythmia; 3. The operation is scheduled to be a off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (the graft materials are internal mammary artery and/or great saphenous vein); 4. EF > 40%; 5. Good compliance, able to cooperate and complete the follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were patients >80 years of age, with chronic bowel disorders or Crohn’s disease, longterm antibiotic or probiotics therapy, a background of arrhythmia (including AF and ventricular tachycardia), ejection fraction <40%, prior or emergent surgery, simultaneous surgery of any type and hyperthyroidism.
