Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Research Group [Repeatedly Infected Individuals] : 1. Age and gender are not limited. 2. Fever (body temperature >=38?), accompanied by either cough or sore throat; 3. Confirmed as having influenza through influenza virus antigen testing or/and influenza virus nucleic acid testing; 4. Two laboratory confirmations, with an interval of four weeks between confirmations 5. Complete clinical information. Control group [Single infection] : 1. Age and gender are not limited. 2. Fever (body temperature >=38?), accompanied by either cough or sore throat; 3. Confirmed as having influenza through influenza virus antigen testing or/and influenza virus nucleic acid testing; 4. There has been no recurrence record within 12 months after the first diagnosis. 5. Complete clinical information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Failure to undergo influenza virus antigen testing or influenza virus nucleic acid testing; 2.People with immunodeficiency diseases or long-term use of immunosuppressants; 3.Tumor patients
