Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 40 and 90 years old; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for osteoporosis in the "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Osteoporosis" (version 2022); 3. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Violent fractures caused by car accidents, falls from heights, and pathological fractures caused by tumor bone metastasis; 2. Combined with other diseases that may seriously affect bone or soft tissue metabolism, such as type 1 diabetes, hyperthyroidism, bone tuberculosis, multiple myeloma, etc; 3. Long term use of hormones, chemotherapy drugs, aromatase inhibitors, etc; 4. Severe heart and lung disease or liver and kidney dysfunction, after organ transplantation; 5. Personal information and data are incomplete.
