Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Male individuals with an expected life expectancy of over 10 years, who can understand the pros and cons of prostate cancer screening and sign the informed consent form, and meet one of the following conditions: 2. Age >=50 years old; 3. Men with a family history of precancerous adenocarcinoma, aged 45 or above; 4. Age > 40 years old and baseline PSA > 1µg/L;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Female population; 2.Population aged < 50 years old; 3.Patients with prostate cancer; 4.Population who have taken finasteride, saw palmetto, and certain herbal preparations within 3 months before screening—substances known to affect serum PSA levels; 5.Population who had acute prostatitis or acute urinary retention within 2 weeks before screening, received prostate massage within 1 week, underwent prostate-stimulating clinical procedures or behaviors (such as digital rectal examination [DRE], transurethral cystoscopy, or catheterization) within 2 days, or had ejaculation within 24 hours; 6.Population who refuse to cooperate with this study or cannot complete follow-up; 7.Population who have undergone orchiectomy or have cryptorchidism;
