Interventions

Experimental Group:The training load will be dynamically adjusted based on data on daily energy intake, daily physical activity energy expenditure, basal metabolic rate, and related indicators.
Control Group:Training will be conducted at a fixed frequency, intensity, and duration.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 22–29 years. 2. BMI >=24 kg/m². 3. Willing to participate and able to complete the 12-week intervention. 4. Able to understand the study content and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having a past or current disease that may affect exercise safety, such as cardiovascular disease, asthma, diabetes, or hyperthyroidism; 2. Planning to participate in any form of organized weight-loss training in the next 12 weeks; 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding; 4. Currently using medications that may affect metabolism (e.g., weight-loss drugs or hormonal agents).
