Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years; 2.Registered in the Chinese Liver Transplantation Registry and included in the liver transplant waiting list for patients with end-stage liver disease; 3.Patients with end-stage liver disease who have undergone allogeneic orthotopic liver transplantation surgery; 4.Informed consent has been given, and the patient is able to understand and express; 5.Signed the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with cognitive dysfunction, dementia and severe mental disorders; 2.Patients undergoing multiple organ transplants; 3.Patients with other malignant tumors or serious life-threatening diseases; 4.Patients who were lost to follow-up for various reasons; 5.Patients who died during the study;
