40 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 40 and 65 years; 2. Possess basic independent cognitive function and behavioral capability; 3. Have a previously confirmed diagnosis of underlying cardiac disease (e.g., coronary artery disease, chronic heart failure, atrial fibrillation, etc.); 4. Agree to wear a wearable smart device during the study period and accept physiological signal acquisition; 5. Able to understand the purpose and procedures of the study, sign a written informed consent form, and be willing to participate in the study and comply with follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe mental disorders or cognitive impairment that prevents cooperation with the study; 2. Presence of other serious underlying diseases (e.g., advanced malignant tumors) that may interfere with the conduct of the study; 3. Inability to complete physiological signal acquisition over the required study period; 4. Unwillingness to sign the informed consent form, or withdrawal from the study during the research process.
