18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) all patients underwent bladder urethral endoscopy and received a diagnosis of urethral hemangioma; (2) the study period spanned from August 2018 to July 2025; and (3) patients were aged 18 years or older.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the presence of uncontrolled systemic diseases such as hemophilia, leukemia, malignant tumors, or coagulation disorders; (2) the presence of urinary tract infections, urethral strictures, genital deformities, or conditions rendering patients unsuitable for urethral surgery; (3) the inability of patients to tolerate spinal or general anesthesia; (4) patients with severe psychological or mental disorders preventing cooperation with treatment; (5) patients with abnormal urine cytology; and (6) patients aged <18 years.
