20 Years to 39 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Infrequent ovulation or anovulation; 2.Clinical manifestations of hyperandrogenism and/or hyperandrogenism; 3.Manifesting as polycystic ovary like changes with >= 12 follicles with a diameter of 2-9mm on one or both ovaries and/or ovarian volume >= 10mL; If two of the above three criteria are met and other diseases are excluded, the diagnosis is PCOS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age39 years old; 2. Having diabetes; 3. Suffering from other diseases that may cause hyperandrogenism, such as congenital adrenal hyperplasia and Cushing's syndrome; 4. Acute or chronic infections or systemic inflammatory diseases; 5. Patients with other diseases that may affect follicular development, such as hyperprolactinemia, thyroid disease, premature ovarian failure, or those with incomplete clinical data.
