Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Undergraduate and graduate students between the ages of 17 and 30; 2. Able to understand and cooperate with the completion of all inspection items and questionnaires; 3. Sign the informed consent form; 4. PHQ-9 score >=5, HAMD score >=7.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The subjects refused to sign the informed consent; (2) Cardiovascular disease, respiratory or pulmonary disease, or bone and joint problems; (3) Other serious organic diseases; (4) PHQ-9 score < 5, HAMD score < 7.
