Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First-time mothers; 2. Age >= 18 years old and = 28 weeks; 3. Have regular prenatal check-ups at this hospital; 4. The pregnant women gave informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who plan to undergo a cesarean section; 2. Those who have been diagnosed with mental illness; 3. Those who were one month before the study or are currently receiving psychological counseling and therapy; 4. Currently participating in other clinical researchers
