Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study 1 Inclusion Criteria: 1. Age 18 or above, regardless of gender; 2. Previously participated in the research project "Application of Salivary and Serum Exosomes in Diagnosing Malignant Transformation of Oral Leukoplakia and Prognostic Monitoring of Oral Cancer" or "Application of Oral Cancer Risk Index in Prognostic Assessment of Oral Leukoplakia"; 3. Complete clinical data. Study 2 Inclusion Criteria: 1. Age 18 or above, regardless of gender; 2. Previously participated in the research project "Application of Salivary and Serum Exosomes in Diagnosing Malignant Transformation of Oral Leukoplakia and Prognostic Monitoring of Oral Cancer" or "Application of Oral Cancer Risk Index in Prognostic Assessment of Oral Leukoplakia".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Individuals with mental or intellectual disorders.
