Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. students enrolled through the national college entrance examination and currently attending undergraduate programs in Beijing; 2.possessing normal reading and writing abilities to complete the questionnaire independently; 3.having signed an informed consent form, willing to participate and able to cooperate actively.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Students specialising in biological or medical disciplines; 2. Individuals currently participating in, or having participated in similar studies within the past three months; 3. Those with severe concomitant cardiac, cerebral, renal, ocular, or neurological conditions rendering them incapable of reading and completing the forms; 4. Individuals unable to communicate effectively with others; 5. Patients who voluntarily withdraw from the study during its course for other reasons; 6. Individuals with severe psychological issues requiring intervention and treatment by a psychiatrist; 7. Participants whose underlying medical conditions deteriorate to the extent that continued study participation is no longer feasible.
