Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First onset; 2. It was confirmed as acute cerebral infarction by the main diagnosis of the DAPI research platform of Tongji Hospital. 3. There are cerebral infarction foci in the CT; 4. Admitted to the hospital within 72 hours after the onset of symptoms;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Age 80 years; 2.End-stage malignant disease; 3.Pregnancy; 4.Concomitant intracerebral hemorrhage; 5.Absence of significant clinical symptoms; 6.Admission modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score = 2; 7.Symptom onset after December 2022; 8.Substantial missing data.
