Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Male or female patients aged between 18 and 80 years old (inclusive) during the screening process. 2.During screening, echocardiography indicates a left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of <=35%. 3.During the screening process, seated systolic blood pressure is <=120 mmHg.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are unable to communicate via mobile phones; 2.individuals with illiteracy or impairments in vision, hearing, making it challenging to read text messages on mobile phones or listen to voice messages; 3.those with cognitive, communication, or other functional impairments; 4.and individuals who cannot provide feedback using mobile phone text messages or keypad responses. 5.Poor compliance; 6.For patients with coronary heart disease, screening is conducted for those who continue to experience recurrent ischemic episodes. 7.Afflicted with malignant neoplastic disease, with an anticipated lifespan of less than 1 year. 8.History of significant organ transplantation (e.g., heart, liver, kidney). 9.Pregnant or lactating female patients. 10.Patients deemed unsuitable for participation in the study by the research physician due to other reasons (such as the presence of other comorbidities or medical history).
