Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Confirmed IBD Diagnosis – Participants must have a definitive diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, or IBD-unclassified) established by colonoscopy with biopsy or by imaging modalities (CT, EUS, or MRI-enterography) and who meet the established diagnostic criteria. 2.Disease Status – Subjects may be in an active disease phase or in remission, or may be healthy controls. 3.Informed Consent – Written informed consent must be obtained, explicitly authorizing participation in the multi-omics study (genomics and microbiome), data sharing, and subsequent follow-up visits. 4.Sample Availability – At enrollment, participants must be able to provide a sufficient stool sample (>=5 g) for metagenomic sequencing. Participants must also be able to provide a blood sample (<= 10 mL) or saliva sample for whole-genome sequencing or SNP-array analysis. 5.Follow-Up Compliance – Participants must be able to attend scheduled follow-up visits, at least every six months, to ensure longitudinal data collection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.End-stage liver disease (Child-Pugh C) or cirrhosis. 2.End-stage renal disease (eGFR = 5 g) or blood/saliva samples for genomic or microbiome analysis.
