Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with stenosis and/or regurgitation of heart valves (aortic valve, mitral valve, tricuspid valve), and scheduled for elective heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass; 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification: Grade I - III; 3.Age >= 18 years old, Weight > 50 kilograms; 4.Preoperative hemoglobin (HB) >= 110 g/L and platelet count (PLT) >= 150 × 10^9; 5.sign the informed consent form for participating in the research; 6. Elective heart valve surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Taking antiplatelet drugs for more than 48 hours 7 days before the surgery or having a bleeding disorder concurrently; 2.Platelet dysfunction or coagulation disorder; 3.Renal insufficiency (creatinine > 2 mg/dl); 4.Anemia, hypoproteinemia (total protein < 60 g/L); 5.abnormal liver function; 6.History of stroke, breastfeeding or pregnancy;

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The amount of bleeding during the operation, as well as at 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours after the operation;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The drainage volume from the pericardial and mediastinal drainage tubes;The volume of allogeneic blood transfusion;Platelet function and count;The time of removing the drainage tube and the postoperative hospital stay;
