Conditions

Overweight, Prediabetes

Interventions

Overweight adults with pre-diabetes group:60 minutes of moderate-intensity cycling on a stationary ergometer. The exercise intensity will be targeted at 40–59% of their heart rate reserve (HRR).
Overweight adults without pre-diabetes group:60 minutes of moderate-intensity cycling on a stationary ergometer. The exercise intensity will be targeted at 40–59% of their heart rate reserve (HRR).
