Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. H-type hypertension group: hospitalized 6-17 years old patients with newly diagnosed essential hypertension without treatment, elevated Hcy and no other serious diseases, and their parents/guardians signed the informed consent. 2. Simple hypertension group: hospitalized 6-17 years old patients with newly diagnosed essential hypertension without treatment, normal Hcy and no other serious diseases, and their parents/guardians signed the informed consent. 3. Control group: healthy children underwent physical examination, and their parents/guardians signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. H-type hypertension group, Simple hypertension group: (1) secondary hypertension; (2) complicated with serious cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney function, malignant tumor and endocrine abnormalities; (3) recent use of folic acid or vitamin B12; (4) patients who had taken antihypertensive drugs; (5) reexamination patients; (6) the patient participated in other clinical studies. 2. Control group: special lifestyle or environmental factors that may affect blood pressure, such as chronic mental stress.
