Eligibility

Sex/Gender

Age
30 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female, aged 30–55 years; 2. At least 1 month post-radical surgery for breast cancer, having completed major adjuvant treatments (chemotherapy/radiotherapy), currently in a stable phase of endocrine therapy, with moderate or greater hot flashes, insomnia symptoms such as early morning awakenings, affecting quality of life; 3. ECOG (performance status) score 0–1; 4. Agree to undergo SGB, EEG, ECG, echocardiography, and metabolomics testing; 5. Sign informed consent and cooperate with wearing a Huawei watch to monitor sleep.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of psychotic disorders, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, or other central nervous system diseases; 2.History of cardiac dysfunction, severe arrhythmias, or structural heart disease; 3.Allergy to local anesthetics, coagulation disorders, or contraindications to SGB; 4.Pregnant or lactating women; 5.Use of anti-anxiety or antidepressant medications within the past month.
