Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years; 2. ICU length of stay >=48 hours; 3. Presence of infectious symptoms or clinically suspected infection; 4. Requirement for data completeness; 5. At least one microbiological culture result (from specimens such as respiratory tract, blood, or urine); 6. Complete data for key predictors (e.g., antibiotic usage records, inflammatory markers).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Records with missing values exceeding 20% for key variables; 2. For patients with multiple ICU admissions, only the first ICU admission record was retained; 3. Patients receiving palliative care or with active treatment withdrawal; 4. Patients with a prior confirmed history of multidrug-resistant organism colonization.
