Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Patients with a single missing tooth in the anterior aesthetic zone (immediate/early implant); 3. Defects in the anterior aesthetic zone with mesiodistal space >= 6.5 mm; 4. Mouth opening >= 30 mm; 5. No medical or oral implant surgery contraindications (such as history of myocardial infarction, heart function class III-IV, blood pressure higher than 180/100 mmHg, fasting blood glucose higher than 8.88 mmol/L, etc.); 6. Complete patient information and operation records; 7. Ability to ensure timely follow-up examinations and cooperate with follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications for implant surgery; 2.Untreated or uncontrolled systemic diseases; 3.Untreated periodontitis in implant zone; 4.Patients presenting with complex bone defects requiring augmentation; 5.Heavy smokers (>10 cigarettes/day); 6.Harmful occlusal habits (bruxism, clenching, etc.); 7.Unable to maintain oral hygiene independently; 8.Pregnant women, those planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding women; 9.Mouth opening <30 mm; 10.Unwilling to sign the informed consent form for oral implant surgery; 11.Distrust and concerns about computer-assisted digital implant technology; 12.Do not consent to the use of the computer aided implant approach or specify the use of a particular one.
