Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) Age < 15 years old (2) Unilateral or bilateral distal humeral T-shaped intercondylar fractures confirmed by imaging; (3) No previous surgical treatment; (4) Complete preoperative and postoperative medical records and imaging examinations, with low difficulty in follow-up. (5) Those with a follow-up time of more than 1 year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who do not meet the above inclusion criteria; (2) Pathological fractures caused by primary or metastatic bone tumors, parathyroid diseases, and congenital bone diseases; (3) Those with severe joint diseases and obvious limitation of elbow joint function, such as elbow joint myositis ossificans, osteoarthritis, etc., and unable to take care of themselves in daily life; (4) Those with hemiplegia, myasthenia gravis, and other conditions that affect the functional exercise of the affected limb; (5) Patients with forearm fascial compartment syndrome.
