Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. Medically stable as determined by a physician; 3. Voluntary participation in the study with a signed Informed Consent Form; 4. Assessed to have a decline in at least one domain of intrinsic capacity.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Barthel Index score <= 40; 2. Severe visual or hearing impairment affecting communication; 3. Clinical diagnosis of dementia; 4. Contraindications to physical activity; 5. Hospital stay < 72 hours.
