Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 45 and 75 years; 2.Individuals meeting the definition of high-risk population for gastric cancer according to the Chinese Guideline for Screening, Early Detection and Early Treatment of Gastric Cancer (2022 Edition), meeting at least one of the following conditions: (1) Histologically confirmed chronic atrophic gastritis or intestinal metaplasia; (2) Current or previous Helicobacter pylori infection (including eradicated cases); (3) Family history of gastric cancer in first-degree relatives; (4) Unhealthy lifestyle factors such as high-salt diet, smoking, or heavy alcohol consumption; (5) Long-term residence in a high-incidence area of gastric cancer. 3.Able to complete follow-up visits, endoscopic examinations, and food frequency questionnaire (FFQ) assessments; 4.Willing to participate and sign written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of any grade of gastric epithelial dysplasia (low- or high-grade) at baseline endoscopy; 2.History of gastric, esophageal, or other gastrointestinal malignancies; 3.Previous partial or total gastrectomy; 4.Severe systemic diseases such as decompensated liver cirrhosis, chronic renal failure, or severe cardiovascular/cerebrovascular diseases; 5.Pregnant or lactating women; 6.Use of antibiotics, probiotics, or proton pump inhibitors within 3 months prior to enrollment that may affect gastric microbiota; 7.Inability to complete follow-up or unwillingness to participate.
