Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Lower limb fractures (hip, knee, ankle, foot); 2.Lower limb fractures treated with cast immobilization or surgical fixation are determined by clinicians to be weight-bearing capable based on the clinical healing time after the fracture, combined with clinical examination and imaging studies, confirming no current or significant injury or pathology.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Unable to understand and complete the questionnaire; 2.Any reason that makes it impossible to accept twelve weeks of conservative treatment or home training; 3.The patient's chief complaint is a complication of severe cardiopulmonary disease or neurological disease (combined with the electronic medical record), leading to an inability to complete running on uneven ground and single-leg jumping; 4.A fractured leg cannot bear weight completely independently; 5.Diseases in other parts of the body that affect lower limb function.
