Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.A fourth-year undergraduate student majoring in stomatology at the School of Stomatology, Chongqing Medical University; 2. Voluntarily participate in the research and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have a history of severe psychological or mental illness; 2. Those who are unable to complete the entire training course.
