40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 40-75 years and first-time onset; The patient was diagnosed with unilateral cerebral injury and unilateral hemiplegia by CT or MRI, which met the diagnostic criteria for stroke. 2. Vital signs are stable, signed the informed consent by myself or his immediate family members. 3. The course of the disease was longer than 1 month and less than 1 year,with lower limb motor dysfunction, Brunnstrom stage >=? of the affected lower limb;With assistance, it can complete squatting and standing up. Under monitoring or assistive devices, it can stand independently for 30 minutes and walk for more than 10 meters. There is no history of pain or injury in the lower limb muscles and joints. 4. Mini-mental state examination(MMSE) scale score >=24 points with no cognitive impairment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lack of consciousness; having intellectual, hearing or mental disorders that affect the examination and treatment, and can not cooperate with the examination and treatment; 2. Complicated with heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, osteoporosis and other serious primary diseases; Patients with pacemakers, atrial fibrillation, and bradycardia or tachycardia; Other diseases that seriously affect sensation and movement in the lower limbs, such as rheumatoid arthritis, lumbar disc herniation, lower limb trauma, diabetes, and other peripheral neuropathy; 3. High risk of thrombosis; Untreated hypertension; Artificial joint replacement less than six months; Bracket and branch no more than six months old; 4. Participate in other research projects.
