Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A full-spine X-ray in a standing position was performed in our hospital, meeting the diagnostic criteria for AIS (Cobb Angle >=10°, no clear congenital, neuromuscular or bony causes). 2. No serious diseases of the heart, liver, lungs, kidneys or other organs; 3. No history of spinal trauma or spinal surgery; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other neurological diseases or muscle diseases; 2. Suffering from congenital spinal deformities or other metabolic bone diseases; 3. There are mental or psychological disorders that prevent one from cooperating to complete the research.
