18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Be aged 18-45 years; 2.Have a primary diagnosis of schizophrenia by psychiatrists according to ICD-10 DCR criteria; 3.Identified as a stable, community-dwelling patient in accordance with the National Management and Treatment Protocol for Severe Mental Disorders; 4. Enrolled in the urban or rural basic medical insurance scheme; 5. Registered as a recipient of community-based rehabilitation services in the residential area; 6. Willing and able to provide written informed consent to participate in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Younger than 18 years or older than 45 years; 2.Presence of a severe physical illness; 3. Diagnosis of intellectual disability, or comorbid bipolar disorder or major depressive disorder; 4.Pregnant or breastfeeding; 5. Presence of a hearing impairment; 6. Inability to read or communicate in Chinese; 7.Deemed unsuitable for participation by a mental health professional for any other reason.
