Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 20 and 27 inclusive; 2.The observation group needs to reside continuously in the high-altitude area for at least 1.5 years; The control group needs to live at an altitude of 300 meters or less for a long time and have no history of long-term high-altitude residence; 3.The lowest altitude of the residential area of the observation group is>4000m; 4.The best corrected visual acuity is >= 4.8; 5.Complete fundus examination data;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Merge with other irreversible visual impairments such as glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, optic nerve atrophy (non ischemic), corneal leukoplakia, eyeball atrophy, etc; 2.Complicated with systemic diseases (such as hypertension, diabetes, cardiac insufficiency, active malignant tumor, severe liver and kidney failure, etc.
