Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who require a secondary revision and lift surgery due to breast sagging after implant placement; 2. Surgeries were performed at the Plastic Surgery Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from October 2019 to October 2024; 3. Complete data, including demographic information, initial surgical method, implant size, and placement plane; 4. The secondary surgery was performed by the same surgical team.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of breast malignancy
