18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years and =2 points from baseline, or a quick SOFA (qSOFA) score of >=2 points (systolic blood pressure =22 breaths/min, or altered mental status). Septic Shock: Sepsis patients who require vasopressor therapy to maintain a Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP) >=65 mmHg despite adequate fluid resuscitation, and have a serum lactate level >2 mmol/L; 3.Expected survival time >24 hours; 4.Informed Consent: The patient or their legally authorized representative is capable of understanding the study and voluntarily provides written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age >=80 years or <18 years; 2.Terminal malignancy or a life expectancy of <24 hours; 3. Pregnancy or lactation; 4. Patients in the post-cardiac arrest resuscitation period; 5. Refusal to participate in the study.
